Driscoll’s, a leader in the research and development of high-quality berry seeds, relies on contracts signed with growers before it can deliver plants and begin planting. This step is essential to formalize commitments with growers and ensure orderly planting schedules in a seasonal, high-demand market.

Before using Mifiel, Sofía, who is responsible for managing these contracts, had to travel for hours to the agricultural regions of Jalisco to collect signatures manually. When errors occurred in the contracts, such as incorrect data or last-minute adjustments, they had to be reprinted, and new trips to the field had to be coordinated to collect the grower's signature again. In many cases, Sofía relied on trips made by other departments to take advantage of their visits to the agricultural zones, which reduced her autonomy and ability to react to urgent matters.
