Hasbro, one of the world's most recognized companies in the entertainment and manufacturing industry, faced a specific challenge in its Mexican operations. Although they were already using an electronic signature platform mandated by global guidelines, it did not meet local legal standards, particularly regarding the legal validity of signed documents in the event of litigation. Their legal team discovered that the current solution offered digital signature options without robust authentication mechanisms or technical elements such as time stamps or preservation certificates. This raised concerns about the integrity of the documents and the identity of the signers, leaving them exposed in critical processes such as service agreements, sales contracts, settlements, and offer letters.
